As member of our association you, your family and friends will be part of the growing Latin-American community in Alberta, Canada, and will allow you to connect with others to expand your network while exchanging experiences, services, business and resources to advance at professional, personal and entrepreneur levels.

The annual  membership provide you multiple opportunities to participate in different activities in the frame of our core values  like collaboration, integrity and respect,  cultural awareness and engagement, learning and voluntarism. Also, you will receive monetary discounts in purchases and services with our sponsors and associated organizations.

Being ACCPA member creates social fabric, integration and community support for everybody with common roots and interests in Colombia and Latin America. The name of our organization mentions Colombia and Canada, but we do not exclude any brother country. Everyone is welcome.

The ACCPA action plan includes programs and activities, which are adjustable according to the needs and interests of the community.

ACCPA, is the Association of Colombian-Canadian Professionals of Alberta. It is a non-profit organization founded in 2005 with the purpose of supporting and promoting families, professionals and businesses residing in Alberta, Canada and sharing roots and interests both in Colombia and throughout Latin America.

The main objective of ACCPA is to add value to the Latin American community, focusing on the creation of friendship, supporting the search for job opportunities through the network, promoting personal growth and family values, supporting organizations interested in the welfare of communities in Latin America, spreading new business initiatives and strengthening existing ones, and cooperating with organizations that handle programs for immigrants arriving to Canada.

Currently ACCPA include programs and activities like mentoring for immigrants (Centre for Newcomers support), networking events for members and non-members, diffusion of specialized seminars, promotion of business and social events and alliances with other non-profit organizations.
